Three categories of boats are available:
- ALL HANDS ON DECK (small boats – 5 guests)
Colgate sailboats are 26 ft long, great to learn sailing in small teams under the guidance of a captain.
- FUN AND COMFORT (mid-sized boats – 6 to 12 guests)
sailboats are larger and more comfortable.
- HISTORICAL SHIPS (large boats – 40 to 150 guests)
This category of boats can accommodate large parties, and may include a cash bar on board.
Cost per boat are not including donations and varies giving a cost per guest between $100 to $230+ including:
- captain and professional crew
- LGBTQ flags
- access to the after-sailing cocktail party

Who can book a boat?
Companies cover the boat cost. Guests and/or employees will also make individual donations (minimum donation $100 per guest).
I am not a company or my company will not cover the boat cost, can I still book a boat?
Groups of individuals may also cover boat costs under the leadership of a team captain. Each guest will also make a donation (minimum donation $100 per guest).

How can I make the $100 minimum donation?
Once a boat is booked by your company or your team captain, each guest can make their individual donation associated with the boat on Ticket Tailor here.
Where will the boats leave from?
There are four possible departure locations depending on the boat you booked (Pier 62, North Cove Marina, or South Street Seaport). You will receive all boarding information prior to the event date.
At what time are the parade and the cocktail and how long will it last for?
Boats will leave their respective marinas around 2:00pm and will return to the docks at 4:00pm.
The after-sailing cocktail party will start at 4:30pm and end at 6:30pm at the Loft at Pier A.
